Common questions
What counts as a try?
Each download, each check of new content, each translation and each tailoring to a job counts as one try of that tool. Every tool has 3 tries, and they don't renew. These don't count: the same file again as PDF or Word within 30 minutes, the same CV in its second language, checking content you already checked, and any try that failed. Your check score is always free.
How do I cancel?
On your billing page: tap Cancel subscription, then confirm. Pro stays on until the end of the term you paid for, nothing more is charged after that, and your CVs stay saved.
How can I pay?
With Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device supports them, or a Visa or Mastercard. Payments go through Stripe, and your card details never reach us.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices show in Saudi riyals inside Saudi Arabia and in US dollars elsewhere. Your subscription renews in the same currency. Your bank may add a fee for international purchases.
Does a mada card work?
A mada card that also carries the Visa or Mastercard logo usually works. A mada-only card doesn't work here.
Why did my bank stop the payment?
International online purchases may be turned off on your card: turn them on in your bank's app, then try again.
