By using Astr you agree to these terms. We kept them short and plain.
What Astr does
Astr is a tool to write and edit your CV in Arabic and English and download it as a PDF. The assistant helps with wording, translation and layout.
Your CV is yours
What you write or upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only as far as we need to provide the service to you, as the privacy page explains.
Accuracy
You are responsible for what your CV says. The assistant does not add facts of its own, but it can get wording or a translation wrong, so read your CV before you send it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Astr to pose as someone else, to write false information, to publish abusive or unlawful content, or to load the service with automated requests.
Paid features
We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed by Stripe. No refund is available after you have used the subscription, such as downloading documents with Pro features or using paid AI tools. Activation alone does not count as use. If you have not used or benefited from the service, you may request cancellation of the contract within seven days of contracting, subject to applicable law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any applicable remedies for non-delivery, service defects or billing errors. Contact support to have your case reviewed. Cancellation: your subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel renewal from your billing page to prevent future charges while keeping benefits until the end of the paid period. Canceling renewal does not refund a period you have used.
Charged twice?
What you see may be a failed attempt beside the real payment, a pending hold that leaves your statement within days, the difference of a plan change, or a subscription on a second account. If it's none of these, write to support with the date and the amount. A real double charge is refunded in full.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, and it may stop at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Keep a PDF copy of your CV.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time on your Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and change the date above. If a change matters, we tell you before it applies.
